Sync Association Teams to League Schedules

Checklist:

• Associations must be using RAMP as their website
• Associations Webmaster must login the back end to set-up the team sync
• SRRL/OCRRL Webmaster to provide the team login name and password to Associations Webmaster
• This is a TWO STEP process, First the Teams are linked to their games then the bench staff and players to their teams

Note: if your association is not using RAMP, Association webmasters can create a link to the league's home page

Steps to link your RAMP site (TEAMS) to their games:

• Login to your association's RAMP website back-end

• Select League Tie In on the left side menu

• Fill out the following fields for the team schedule you wish to link. You will need to complete this step once for each team you are hosting. For example, if you are hosting a U10 (FUN3), U12 and U16 team, you will need to complete this step 3 times. Once per team. 

The following is an example of how to complete the fields if you were trying to link for a U12 team:

• Season = 2021-2022
• Division = the division on your association website
• Team = the team set-up on your association website that you want to link to
• League = South Central Ontario Ringette League (SCORL)
• Division = U12
• Team = SCORL team
• League Login = you must have this from the SCORL Web Master
• League Password = you must have this from the SCORL Web Master

• Select the Submit button

You are now linked to the Regional games for this team.

Please repeat the steps above to Tie In another team.

If you want to stop the Tie In enter the information as above and select the Remove Team Sync button

Steps to link your Bench Staff and players to their Teams:

Once the team is linked to their games you need to connect the bench staff and players to their teams so that they are notified if there are any games that are changed

• In the lower section of the League Tie-in there is a Copy Player section
• You will find the name of the players and coaches as they appear in the associations registration database
• You will need to select all the names on the RIGHT and copy them to the LEFT
  • You can use the left pointing button to copy them to the LEFT section
• Once on the LEFT (and RIGHT) select the COPY button at the bottom

You have now copied the Team and Bench staff to the League Site for this team.

Please repeat the steps above to Tie In and copy another team.

If you want to stop the Tie In enter the information as above and select the Remove Team Sync button
